In September '07 Elim Church Centre was approached about creating a 11-a-side football team! The plans and preparations have been made and we are currently looking to recruit more players.

 

As you will know the football season 07/08 has already started, this unfortunately means we can not play in the WMCFL league this year. However, plans are in place to play friendlies with teams in the league throughout the coming months ready for next season, where we hope to enter a team worthy of challenging for promotion!!!!

 

The West Midlands Christian Football League (WMCFL) has been going for 28 years and has its own website that provides: club homepages, league results, top goal scorers, as well as the fixtures, tables and cup standings, check out the full details on www.wmcfl.co.uk.

 

It is a well established league that play their matches on Saturday mornings at 10:30am.
